Requirements:
* Minimum education S1 all the majors
* Having minimum 3 years experience as Head of Micro Unit at the Bank or non-bank financial institutions.
* Mastering Jakarta and surrounding areas
* Ability to motivate teams at the bottom
* Has good Leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and within teams
* Communicative, proactive and have high initiative
